                Nutrition month is always celebrated in the month of July and the theme for this year is "Gutom at Malnutrisyon Sama-sama Nating Wakasan." Nutrition plays a vital role in making a person healthy. We should eat  vegetables and fruits everyday in order to have a balance diet. This promoting and maintaining a good health to every individual.
               There are nutritious foods which are fruits and vegetable.We should not be focus only eating junk foods, street foods and drinking soft drinks.
               Many people suffered malnutrition and hunger just because our country is lack of nutritious foods.
               In order to attain or achieve to have a healthy body we should maintain our physical  health by eating healthy foods  like fruits and vegetables.eating nutritious foods can help and make us healthy.
